The driver ran out of our office with our change… We order weekly from them. When we called her out she said she was keeping the change for the driver(herself) and then asked how much we wanted to give the driver and refused to give us the change we work in a medical office so it was becoming a scene so we just let it go… We called to complain, a teenage girl answers… Come to find out the driver was her mom and the owner of the store and there was nothing she could do! The girl says there have been multiple complaints about the same issue! We won’t be ordering from there again! I lost my appetite after that poor customer service.

I would have to say that this is above-average Chinese take-out food. I went with my barometer meals: beef lo mein and dumplings. The lo mein didn’t look anything special, but thankfully it tasted better than it looked. The beef was tender, the noodles were not overcooked and I could taste onion and ginger throughout, so I was happy with that. The dumplings looked good and tasted good. They were not those cookie cutter dumplings most places serve, they appeared to be handmade or at least, locally made. The dumpling sauce was original and house-made too. Overall, very pleased and I’m looking forward to trying more dishes.

They made a small easy to make mistake with my order and they went out of there way to correct it. They even add a little extra to make up for it. Best donuts yet.

We eat here regularly and always enjoy it. It’s run by a nice family and we have watched the daughters grow up through the years. The food is consistently good with generous portions. We have several options for Chinese takeout in our area and have tried them all. Wok-n-Roll is our favorite.

The food is decent enough. It’s like fast food take out. There are a couple of tables and a few chairs. When I went there was a group of coworkers eating in. The five of them basically took up all the seats. This isn’t necessarily a negative. I was hungry at lunch time. Not the greatest, but it served the purpose.

I order from here often. They have dependable delivery which is super convenient and they have an awesome house fried rice.

We love the food here. Their beef teriyaki skewers are absolutely divine, and we usually always get two orders of 4 sticks just so there are enough for us to gorge! I also really love their lunch specials — $ 4.95 for an entrée, choice of rice, and choice of canned soda or soup. The amount of rice that comes with the lunch special is pretty insane; I think you get as much as what comes in their ‘large’ sized box! It’s more than enough to last for two lunches, although what I order generally doesn’t reheat well, even in the oven. I really love their honey chicken, too. Delivery is usually very fast, around 30 minutes after ordering, and the food arrives hot and fresh. A couple of times we’ve ordered the sweet and sour combo(chicken, pork, shrimp) and it’s come overcooked — it’s no fun when you get three or four shrimp, and they’re all cooked to an unappetizing crisp. They advertise as never using MSG, which seems right — I don’t taste it, so that’s definitely a plus.

The food here is ok but nothing like up north. I am from Pennsylvania from a town smack dab in between NYC and Philly. Chinese food in the north is ridiculously amazing. Chinese food in FL is uninspiring to say the least. In FL you are hard pressed to find decently cooked rice. Which I think would be basic 101 for a Chinese restaurant. Wok-N-Roll is the best of the worst. That is how I would put it. I have come to terms that No Chinese food in FL will live up to my expectations, but Wok-N-Roll makes an attempt. Their rice is descent, Hunan Chicken is tasty, dumplings are good, honey chicken was good too. I haven’t tried any noodle dishes yet, but am going to next time I crave Chinese. If I am going to recommend any Chinese food in FL it is Wok-N-Roll. Which coming from my mouth is saying a lot.

I usually get some lunch or dinner from wok-n-roll when I use to work near by because it was cheap and easy to get. The food was pretty decent but sometimes I always had to add a bit of soy sauce to the fried rice(I’m not even a salty eater). The soup is pretty good, I usually get the hot n sour soup and my friends all love the egg drop from there. The service is pretty fast but you’ll usually get their kids to pick up the phone or work the counter and so on. The delivery sometimes takes a really really long time… Especially the few times I had ordered and I worked in the same plaza! I wouldn’t be able to get my food for maybe 45 mins or more. Sometimes they forget my soda too but I don’t judge then too much on that. The food is pretty good and the serving amount is a lot. They are clean with their food and most of it is fresh.

This is my favorite take out/delivery Chinese restaurant in Countryside. Great egg rolls and quick delivery. The food is delicious and I highly suggest ordering from here the next time you get a craving for Chinese take out.
