History

Established in 1999.

Visual Edge Design, Inc. is a full-​service web design, website maintenance, website hosting and Internet marketing company, and provides email marketing, direct mail services, mailing lists, and other marketing services.

We are located in the Tampa Bay area, Florida, but we service over 450 clients nationwide and abroad.

We have an awesome team that really takes pride in the work they do. In fact, our goal is to do what we do best so that our clients can get on with doing what they do best without the headaches and hassle of trying to figure out the technicalities of managing a website.

Since 1999, we have helped design and establish websites, logos, marketing campaigns and corporate identities for professionals, artists, corporations, contractors, health care providers, manufacturers and many others in between.

Business Owner

Siouxie (pronounced Susie) Boshoff is the Co-​Founder and CEO of Visual Edge Design, Inc. She is a self-​taught web designer who has personally designed and created hundreds of websites since the inception of Visual Edge Design in 1999.

Since the beginning, Siouxie has researched, experimented and implemented search engine marketing techniques and design to the benefit of hundreds of clients. Search Engine Optimization (aka SEO) are simply techniques that when implemented in a website, make it easier for a search engine to list those webpages in the search engine. These techniques are used in standard designs created by Visual Edge Design even today.

Siouxie has authored a number of articles related to web design, Internet marketing and search engines. An expert in search engine placement, she authored the book, «How to Get Your Website to the TOP of the Search Engines — The Basics, The Myths, What Works and What Doesn’t».
