Turnbury At Countryside

This place is a dump. The staff puts on a front when you sign your lease and after that good luck! Maintenance is always days behind and I promise your apartment will fall apart sooner rather than later. Call them out on their bullshit enough and they will issue you a non renewal of lease like they did to me. Sorry if I expect some decent customer service for $ 800 a month in the GHETTO. One of the maintenance workers Nelson even got into my face and tried fighting me. Scott the leasing manager did nothing to apprehend his employee afterwards.
2 months into my lease they had to tear a hole into my shower wall to fix a leak. What was supposed to be a one day job took over a month to get done right. The first joker they sent to do the work made the problem worse!
My air handler was constantly freezing although I kept my air at 78. It continually ran up my power bill and when I would call maintenance and ask to have it fixed their answer was turn the fan on.
Back to the terrible staff, one of the leasing agents Dayshaun was a pill head. This guy literally overdosed in his apartment that was on property and was found almost near death. This little pecker head had a real big mouth and a real nasty habit. You could call him and he would almost always forget to call back. I’m guessing because he was stoned all the time.

they found a dead body in one of the Tennant’s trunks. A man was stabbed almost to death when he came home and found robbers in his apartment. People smoke drugs in the breeze ways! You can’t make this stuff up people.
Also be careful where you park! I had a god damn school bus almost total my brand new truck! That’s right a school bus hit my truck trying to turn in the complex.
All in all these guys are bastard’s. They are lucky I didn’t sue them. Stay away. Stay FARRR AWAY

I am a SWF and I have lived in these apartments for 8 months now. I have never experienced any of the issues the previous reviewer described. The office staff have always been very courteous and helpful. And I have no fear of walking anywhere at night. Not sure where the other person lived, but its not the Turnbury I live in.
