Thunder Bay Roofing

We have been in the Florida Roofing Industry since 1986, and as a result, have used every type of material in every different application possible. We are, however, not stuck in old methods and are always seeking out new technology and products. Lots of the products we use have old school durability, are installed /​applied with state of the art equipment, and in some cases, are used together with the most current products to provide what we consider to be hybrid technology… we feel this serves our customers better.

Communication:

We keep our customers informed of the status and progress of the project whether it is replacement or repair, on a daily basis, or as often as required and/​or preferred.

Our projects are managed the «old fashioned way» — with pride and attention to detail. We strive to prevent damage to the property or facility, and if commercial or industrial, with minimal impact to the business occupant.

We not only take pride in the quality of our work, but in the quality of our employees who are trained personally by Erik Williams, our founder. Our employees are paid by the hour and are not subcontractors. We are drug free, respectful of your property and landscaping, polite and respectful to all of our clients.

Servicing commercial and industrial roofs, since 1986. In all of West Central Florida’s counties, including Pinellas, Charlotte, Hernando, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Pasco, Polk and Sarasota. For residential roofs, we service Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.
