Sears Outlet

Horrible service. Ordered a washer and dryer online. Went to pick it up and they tried to say it wasn’t in their system. Had the confirmation email and was charged for it. It Took two days a total of 4 hours in the store to get the washer and dryer I ordered. Will never go here again. Prices are also about $ 100 cheaper online then in the store. False advertisement since they claim they can’t price match their own website even though customer service said they do.

Ordered a refrigerator from this store and when I received it, all the shelves and the original handles were missing. It was probably used for parts at one time. Had the delivery men take it back. Now comes the fun part of trying to get a refund. Both the Sears Outlet Customer Service rep and myself tried calling this store but can’t get through. Never again!

I placed an order over the internet and Sears picked this store to deliver a «NEW» refrigerator. The original order was for washer, dryer and refrigerator. The washer and dryer were ordered from the St Petersburg outlet store. I do not have any problem with them. Their performance was decent. My problems are concerned with delivery and this store (Clearwater). They are totally disorganized and inept. I tried to get delivery in December to a temporary storage with my daughter and could not accomplish it. Total lack of communication with store manager. I again tried to get delivery in January and for some reason the fridge did not make the truck on the day promised and we had to wait over the weekend because of their inability to coordinate and communicate. I have spent a lot of time and stress on this situation. Even the delivery people acknowledged that the store is total chaos. I have complained to
but no solution yet. The fridge was sold as new but has several scratches and dents on it. I want them mended or a new unit! BTW we are in a new home and I had to camp out for three days with ice and a cooler. For this reason I cannot shop here at all

Great prices, good selection and very helpful sales staff. Went in to look at scratch and dent dishwashers and was happy to discover they also have some brand new, no flaw appliances marked down considerably from the retail. Salesman was knowledgeable about the different brands. Didn’t know they had clothes either-​ended up buying my teen some tank tops also.

I know what you’re thinking — why did this n00b give an outlet shoppe 4 stars?! Trust me — this place is wonderful. The selection changes rapidly although there is always plenty of selections. Clothes, appliances, TVs, you name it.
I went in there at the recommendation of my wingman who grabbed a like new HE washer and dryer on the cheeps. i did the same yesterday and had a smooth transaction. My sales associate was professional, zero obligation, hopped online to find me the best possible price (which was cheaper than the stores btw) and made everything really decent.
I know, the 4 stars may seem high but if you’re in the market for some appliances, give these people a chance. You’ll be glad you did.
