I’ve purchased a lot of tools and a few firearms from them since about 2010 and they give me great deals because I’m a repeat customer and they know me.
As for the whiners, they don’t understand that Pawn Shops don’t gamble on profit, so they won’t give you what you think you deserve for used merchandise. They’re going to give you what they know it will sell for and make a them a profit.
They’re going to pay you a price that let’s them sell it at a great price to someone like me which is how they make most of their income. It’s just business, and they’ve been open for a long time so it works.
