Professional and customer friendly! I am so happy that I found them. I have VSP and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. I them ordered a pair of sunglasses through Eyeconic and Innovision adjusted them as though it was ordered through them. Highly recommend.

I am a semi retired optician, over 25 years in the optical field. So needless to say my expectations are higher than most, I know what I want when my wife and I go in, I know what my insurance covers, etc… That being said, Innovision delivers– every time.

Both my hubby and I have had our eyes examined here. They have plenty of staff here, which I like, and because of this they can take the time to offer personal care. The only reason I did not give a 5th star is because I think they have a smaller selection of frames than their larger competitors. Otherwise, it’s convenient and they have Saturday AND walk-​in availability.
