C.H.O.O.S.E. Physical Therapy is family owned and managed and has been since opening in 2005. Amy W. Welsh is physical therapist with 33 years experience with a specialty in orthopedics (Orthopedic Certified Specialist). She is onsite working as both a therapist and administrator. The front and back office, billing, collection as well as the business itself, is managed by Matt Welsh.

I’m feeling the difference after only 3 visits! I have bulging disks/​pinched nerves in my neck. Which is extremely painful.
But, Tracy McGowan is the best! She knows just what to do to get me back on track.
There’s a machine that has heat & laser that really seems to be effective.
So grateful that I can turn my neck and not be in that kind of pain!

If it were even possible to give C.H.O.O.S.E Physical Therapy 6 stars… I would! I was a total non-​believer in physical therapy. In fact, I thought my MD just brushed my nagging pain level off on someone else…
I’ve had pain for 2 years. Kind of hard to fix over night, for sure! Well let me tell you that Amy and Tracy are my miracle workers! I went to my first appointment dragging my feet — no exaggeration! I was, in no way, feeling positive about having 2 years worth of pain corrected overnight. I was completely blindsided by the amount of knowledge that the therapists at this facility have. Their techniques are unbelievably gentle, yet meant for immediate pain relief and progress. Not only did they give me some relief the very first time, they taught ME how to take better care of my body and how to appropriately stretch, without completely overdoing it.
In the past, I’ve visited many PT offices. They will generally throw you on a set of machines or into their gym and insist on numerous repetitions. Then they send you on your way with some hand outs on various exercises to ‘help’ you get better over time. What I love about C.H.O.O.S.E. is the fact that they help you get your pain under control FIRST. Once the pain is under control, then they focus on helping you get stronger and teach you how to take care of yourself to minimize the chances of pain in the future.
It is no lie that after I walked out of my first appointment, I believed that physical therapy might, just might (!), be the answer! Crossing paths with them has been a relief, in more ways than one!
