History

Established in 1982.

This storage facility began as a family owned and operated facility in 1982. It was built from the ground up and has thrived as one of the oldest and most stable small businesses on Drew Street. Since our family purchased the business 8 years ago, we continue to strive for high integrity, honest business deals and the most affordable storage prices in town. Our customers come first!

Todd Pasqualone has been involved in real estate for almost 20 years. In 2002 him and his wife invested in this storage facility and have built it into a strong family-​owned local community based business. Their integrity and hard work are evident in all the physical and cosmetic changes the storage facility has gone through. Their customers are their #1 priority and they appreciate all the referrals of friends, family and previous customers!
