AutoNation Nissan Clearwater

I had called Lokey Nissan to check on the pricing for programming of my fob key they said it was $ 70 couple days later I went to AutoNation Nissan because they are closer to where I live and found out they charge $ 125 so they actually let me leave and go to Lokey Nissan over $ 55 my next car will not be purchased at AutoNation. I even informed the sales manager of the situation and asked if he was really going to let a potential customer for the Future car walk out of his dealership and he said the only thing he could do was offer me $ 55 and why would he do that makes no sense, I responded that I am not asking for something that I haven’t already been offered, simply match the price for programming my keys since I’m here, he refused, just seems like bad business to me.

Staff was unprofessional. Sales floor is squeezed into a tiny room, You’ll pay a lot more for a car here than any other Nissan dealer in Pinellas County.

I arrived and was treated promptly and courteously. My vehicle was serviced in less than the quoted time. I waited comfortably in the customer lounge. My keys were brought out to me when my service was complete. Very smooth process. I will definitely be back and recommend this location to anyone looking for a Nissan or needing service.

Bought a used truck from this «reliable» dealership who guaranteed their inventory and upfront full disclosures (no disclosure with truck when asked directly). Truck was advertised as ¹⁷⁄₂₁ mpg fuel economy. After purchasing the truck, I learned a few days later that the gas mileage was averaging 11mpg. I attempted to reach out to the sales representatives and sales manager to assist with diagnosing the defect and a remedy option with no successful call backs. Extremely dissatisfied. I thought I was spending a little extra to work with a dependable dealership and a guarantee I was getting a non-​defective vehicle.

Wife and I went to AutoNation Nissan Clearwater and Bruno (Buna) was a great salesperson to deal with. No high pressure, very accommodating. We actually bought two cars, a 370Z (mine) and a Maxima (hers). We couldn’t be happier. We were treated with respect and Bruno had a lot of patience. Highly recommend.

Just reminiscing about my horrible experience with the E-​Sales Manager last year at Auto Nation Nissan! Amazing how he can violate 3 of the tenets of the Nissan Promise and not be held accountable by Nissan! Again, I warn the wary consumer. AVOID THIS BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT! Bait and Switch is probably against the law and to be able to do this with impunity is amazing!
I also wonder why the AutoNation spokesperson never responded to my previous missive!
I can’t believe that as a returning customer I was treated with such disdain! The bitter taste lingers in my soul!

After being treated horribly at another dealership much closer to my house; I went to AutoNation. I had a great experiance dealing with Phil Tallon. Since I was traveling out the country, he made communication very easy and made sure the car I wanted was waiting for me when I arrived. While it always seems to take longer than it should to get all the paperwork together — Phil took the time and showed me every feature of my vehicle. He spent more time going over the car than any salesperson I have had in years (and most of the dealers were BMW dealers — you’d expect them to give better service!).
I would recommend to all my friends and colleagues.

I travel a ton for my job so I was looking for a Nissan. Originally I was looking at used Maximas at other dealerships I had found that model at. After dealing with the other Nissan dealerships in the area I decided to stop by AutoNation Nissan of Clearwater. They didn’t have the car I wanted but the salesman Phil and I started discussing my needs. He ended up bringing out a brand new Altima which I fell in love with. We ended up working out a great price to close the deal. Phil listened to my needs and what I liked. I even miss placed my wallet late after the dealership closed. They helped me search for it for an hour. The treatment there was great! I definitely recommend this dealership.

Had a great experience buying from Chris and the fleet commercial vehicles over at Nissan. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle for the business and they made it very easy. Went to a number of other brands and dealers and these guys were the most professional and easy to deal with by far. No hard selling. Good prices. And good customer service. Highly recommend.

I was traveling from Orlando to St. Petersburg for the day. I took my husband’s Nissan Altima and as soon as I pulled off the interstate, it died. I was in an area that I was unformiliar with and had no idea what could possible be wrong with the car, we had not had any previous problems with it.
I called a Nissan dealership that was 2 miles away and they said that they wouldn’t be able to look at my car until Tuesday! It was Saturday morning.
I called Auto Nation in Clearwater and spoke with John. He was so sympathetic and understanding. He gave me information for the tow service that they used and said he would make sure that someone had time to look at my car that afternoon. Once there they immediately got started on my car. It turned out to be a transmission problem and I was given a rental for a week.
I was alone in a new place, far from home and terrified. John was so incredible! He made me feel assured and took care of my problems immediately and got me back on the road after 2 hours. What could have been the worst day was turn onto an easy and painless process. How many of you can say that about your last breakdown?
