I tried calling this company several times to make an appointment. I bought a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. Left several messages and no one ever returned the call. Not very professional. Would not use this company. Ever. Got a refund on my Groupon.

I brought my 2003 Mustang to have lower ball joints replaced. They didn’t press in but installed with a hammer. This caused damage that cost almost a $ 1000.00 to correct. Before I had another shop repair the damage they caused I brought it back to them. They said they would replace damaged parts if I paid them again for the parts and service. Why would I pay them again to cause more damage. Save your time and money and go to an established repair shop.

I had an unusual experience. When I arrived there was no one in the office, there was just the mechanic sitting in front a fan in the garage. The mechanic was very friendly and assisted me with the oil change, meanwhile there was no one on the premises except him and I, which made me a bit uncomfortable. He finished the oil change and I went on my merry way, but half way home I noticed that my oil light came on. I called immediately and the mechanic told me to come back asap. Apparently, he did not put enough oil in the vehicle and the filter was not fitting correctly. The mechanic and desk attendant explained to me what had happened and apologized for the inconvenience. It was unfortunate because this terrible experience took up half my day, grrrr. I would rate the experience as 1 star, but I gave them 3 starts because they were very friendly, apologetic and most importantly they fixed the issue.

I love they were open 8 — 5 on a Saturday. I called and the person who I spoke to was very customer service oriented and professional. I am happy to say they were honest, as a female going to a mechanic some in this field tend to take advantage. The issue with my car was a fuse which they were able to repair quickly and charged something around $ 30. Now my radio and car charger works which is a joy after not having music for the past month and a half. The person who originally assisted me saw me walking back to the shop and was on his way out, but he took the time to stop and give me an update on the way. The person who assisted me when I was leaving was also customer service oriented and professional. They even added in a little car freshener at no cost which gives you the feeling your business is appreciated and welcomed. I have a long out-​of-​state road trip ahead of me so I am really have grateful to have found them when I did. Highly recommend their services to others reading this review. I’m always weary of reviews being fake, but as Unilocal Elite it can be verified that I am who I say I am and this review is legit. I love being able to post a positive review because it is completely honest and means that I had a positive experience.
