My company has operated under a couple umbrellas in the 11 years of operation. We were last with Clarion Mortgage Capital and now C2 Financial Corp. We are a branch of C2 operating throughout California.

In California Loan officers in the private sector are licensed by the Department of Real Estate. I have been doing loans in the capacity of a licensed agent for 13 years. I have owned my own branch/​business since 2004. I am further licensed by the National Mortgage Licensing system and have been since the system’s inception in 2010.
