Beeline phone reception is always friendly and helpful. The service technicians have always been prompt, professional, good-​natured and thorough. I have been using Beeline’s services for years to control spiders, other insects, and a one-​time rodent issue. I have always been happy with the results.

What an absolute waste of money. I have left many Unilocal and Trip Advisors and this is my strongest public warning to date. The poison boxes this company placed around my home did not at all work. I continued to have rodent issues until I hired an alternate company.

It went well. Although when he was spraying he didn’t move things that were around or close to the baseboard. He sprayed one of my child’s books which I ended up throwing away because it was covered in pesticides. I know they say their product is safe but I was a little concerned about it being where my child would be touching. Other than that he was very kind and informative.

We sprayed for spiders inside and outside our home. The technician was very thorough. Our cat and our dog we’re not bothered at all by the spray that was used. We are now seeing dead spiders outside of our house and no spiders inside of our house. Please thank the technician for doing such a great job!

Beeline comes to our house quarterly to spray. We used to have spiders all over our basement but since Beeline has been spraying we have literally zero insects (of any kind) in our home. I have three small children and pets so their product is safe.
We’ve never had any problems with the professionalism of their employees who come to our home or who schedule the appointments. They show up right on time which is important to me.
We pay $ 65 for our quarterly spray which seems like the standard industry price.

I just recently moved into a home I am renting that had mice. As a vegan I do not want dead mice in my house. I was assured and guaranteed I would not find dead mice in my house. Sure enough I walked into my kitchen and found a dead mouse. It seems silly to guarantee something that is out of your control.

The actual service was fine, but the technician (Jeremy) was unprofessional.
He let himself in my house after completing the exterior spray — no knock, no doorbell. I have 3 dogs and they were a bit upset by a stranger entering the home unannounced.
After he completed the service, he left both gates to my back yard open. I quickly realized 2 of my dogs were gone, and went out to find them. Luckily Jeremy got them before they went too far and put them into the yard via one of the gates he left open, BUT HE HAD LEFT THE OTHER GATE WIDE OPEN. By the time I realized what had happened, my dogs were long gone. While looking for my dogs, I found Jeremy parked down the street and told him that he had left the other gate opened and that the dogs were out again. He actually BLAMED THE GATE, telling me it was broken (it’s not). Since he was able to open the gate, it stands to reason he should have either been able to close it or at least let me know that he needed help closing it. Instead, he just left it open.
I called the owner of the company and told him what happened, and he said ‘Well, your gate is broken, that’s the problem.’ Unfortunately, that’s not the problem. Your technician is the problem.
My gate is fine, it’s latched and closed, and I was able to find my dogs. Now I just need to find another company to spray for spiders next time.

We had a yellow jacket problem, so we called Beeline out for a one time spray. The guy was really nice and sprayed the heck out of the evil yellow jackets. I was happy and felt like we got a good value for the service and it accomplished what we wanted.

Awesome! Customer service is awesome. You cannot go wrong here! Bryce is the one who comes here and he is the nicest guy, explains everything he’s doing.
We’ve done other companies and have never had service like this!
