The path of MotorToys enthusiasm started for me when I was a boy, always riding anything with a motor while growing up in Cle Elum, Washington. Having a family business that enabled people to live in the adventure of riding an ATV or Snowmobile was always a dream of mine. In 2004, that dream became a reality as we opened our doors as a Kymco dealer, family owned & operated business that prides itself of having a highly motivated staff that understands the needs of our customers in a personal manner. Our success is built solely on customer service & satisfaction. As the owner of this company, I am simply living the dream. I get to watch the faces & hear the excitement of people everyday as they look out over the cascade mountains from 9,000 feet. And an update… having continued to rent from the team at Motor Toys over the years, these guys are still as friendly, dependable, and fun to work with! Every time we rent a snowmobile, these are the guys I depend on for a trouble free day in the mountains.

I got stuck at the rest area near Cle Elum with a broken down boat trailer. I called a few places who could not or would not help me and finally got a friendly voice at Motor Toys. It was close to closing time but they sent a mechanic out to try and help us on the fly. He showed up and tried to fix us up but parts were not available due to it being late in the day. They recommended a local towing service and we had our boat and trailer towed by flatbed to their shop. The next day I called the shop and they were already on the job getting us back on the road. Not only was the job done quickly and professionally but they were friendly knowledgeable helpful and great down to earth people. I would consider driving there from Seattle just to have them work on my stuff. I can’t say enough good things about how we were treated by them. The funny part is that they aren’t even a trailer shop. But they were willing to help a guy out and do what they could. That’s cool! I plan to try them for A snowmobile or ATV guided tour sometime soon.

My husband and I did a 4 hour private ATV rental and were super impressed. The service was great & we had so much fun! It was awesome to not have to go as part of a group and have such a large surface area to get to roam around.
Trails were clearly marked and we felt safe at all times. Terrain was well kept.
We will definitely go back.

Did a short two-​hour ATV tour on some state land with co-​workers. These guys brought the ATVs to the location in their hauler. They were clean and well maintained. Our tour guide was excellent, friendly and helpful. Had a great time, would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Good price for the service, too.

These guys are the best! We stayed at Suncadia and booked a snowmobiling tour with MotorToys through the concierge — it was worth every penny. They picked us up from the lodge, the driver was friendly from the start and the vibe was just great from minute one.
They have a really organized set up, drove us way up to where the snowmobiles and trailer were. We had most of our own gear but for those who don’t, they had snowsuits, boots, everything you’d need and unlike a lot of places they didn’t charge extra for any of it. They helped the group get fitted for helmets and gave a brief but informative overview of how to drive the snowmobile.
There were 8 – 10 snowmobiles in our pack, I just rode on the back while my boyfriend drove and loved every second! regretfully I didn’t get our tour guide’s name but he was great. Definitely knew the terrain and was good about making sure the last person in line (a man with his younger son) weren’t left behind while still getting up and going at times for those of us who wanted a bit more adventurous of an experience.
I would recommend Motor Toys and am looking forward to renting from them again!

Great prices, friendly service, super fast snowmobiles. One of the best experiences ever ! I planned a guys weekend with 12 of my buds and Motor Toys of Cle Elum delivered an amazing weekend. The trails were epic. We enjoyed tons of fresh snow in the bowls. Later in the day we opened up the sleds in the flats and we were shocked to get the sleds up to 68 MPH. Thank you motor Toys for making this weekend happened. Can’t wait to be back next year !

When we bought a cabin in Cle Elum, we purchased some cheaper kid’s quads. We got what we paid for and found ourselves at Motor Toys repair shop consistently even though we didn’t purchase them there. They were always more than happy to get us back on the trail. We finally realized that we needed to purchase better quads and they were our first stop. We have since purchased four quads from them and wouldn’t go anywhere else, We refer all of our friends to this place. Matt and Guy ROCK and Scott (their mechanic) is amazing with a great attitude and MORE than fair. I would highly recommend these guys for purchase or maintenance/​repairs of snow mobiles, motor cycles or quads. (Ask them about guided tours too!) I just can’t recommend them highly enough.

I love Cle Elum, my family has land there that we camp on every summer. Now that the kids are getting older, they are becoming a little harder to keep entertained! I’m so glad we found MotorToys, when the kids get bored we just rent them an ATV and MotorToys delivers it right to us! So convenient & give us time to relax! Thanks Guy & Matt! You two really are great! You gotta check this place out! We are going to go on a guided snowmobile tour this winter! We can’t wait, I know it’s going to be great!!!
