I’ve used this company 2 times before this last trip we booked and they always did a great job. I always used the same travel agent there until she recently retired. This last trip we went on we had to use a different agent there since our regular lady was no longer there. I would never go back to them after this last experience. The travel agent we used there was always forgetting things and never returned phone calls. She was lousy! We booked a very expensive group vacation and with the amount that was spent, you would think she could ad in some kind of extras, but nothing! We will not be using them again.
