I’m a tenant at an apartment complex and you guys obviously do a terrible job because after 4 – 5 treatments, I still have a bug problem! And I also didn’t know that Andy works for my apartment complex as a snitch.

Great service and a great group of technicians and staff!!! I live in Clayton, NC and I wouldn’t use any other company. They are very nice and respectful of your home and will answer any question you may have.

I have been using The Neuse for a year and a half and have had consistently great service at Tree Top Apartments in Raleigh! They are thorough, quick and knowledgeable. Andy is always available for Bed Bug Inspections and Scott takes care of our weekly preventative treatments.
I definitely recommend their services!

I too had the same experience as others. We are first time home buyers and DID have a warranty for termites, only it was not through neuse river. When I went back and re-​reviewed my records, it turns out my warranty as suspected was with another company. The comment that a disclaimer has been added to the letter is false. Steer clear of this business.
The specific content of the letter: Dear xxxx and xxxx,
The termite warranty for your property located at xxxx is past due. AT your request or due to lack of response we must assume you do not want to continue with the warranty on your property. This is a letter of cancellation of the termite warranty for your home. Our company will no longer be responsible for any termite damage or damage claims past, present, or future; If you have set up an appointment please ignore this notice, if you would like to continue your coverage contact our office within 10 business days. Thank you for having allowed us to service your property. Your business has been greatly appreciated. Sincerely,

Again I stress we never did business with them.

I’ve used these people since I moved back from the west coast. They handled my termite treatment and the ensuing annual inspections along with my quarterly pest control service. I have always been satisfied and feel their prices are reasonable. They do come back if the pest control isn’t effective in any way. Great service.

I’m in the Real Estate business and can’t say enough good things about this company. They are fast and always have a great attitude. The guys that work for this company treat it like they own the company. They are on time and always professional. I’m a customer for life!

Shady Advertising.
We got a Direct Mail piece from these guys entitled ‘Termite Renewal Notice.’ They make a bunch of statements in the letter like ‘continue your coverage’ and the first line actually says ‘The Neuse Termite and Pest Control would like to continue the Termite Protection on Your Home’ I have not done business with this company and had to go back in my records to determine that this is not the company that I use for Termite Protection on my house.
At least when all of the car warranty companies and appliance warranty companies contact you with ‘extended service’ they put disclaimers on that they have not done business with you before.
Neuse Termite and Pest control needs to check with a lawyer to ensure that what they are doing is even legal. There are no disclaimers on their Direct Mail piece that indicate they are soliciting for new business and the entire piece is designed to make you think you are continuing your current service with THEM — not with the company that you originally contracted with. This has the potential to cause at best some confused people and at worst unintended cancellation of contracts (i.e. lost money) that are already in place.
Not cool.
