Michelle Fox is the Broker in Charge and owner of Fox Rental Management. She has been offering full service property management services, with a specialty in single family homes, for many years in the Johnston and Wake County areas. Michelle is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and works to advance issue pertaining to real estate laws on the NARPM Legislative Committee.

Michelle and Steve are not only amazing people, but as professional as they come. I rented my house through them for the last 4 years and they ensured the renters were suitable and that the house was kept in good condition. They had the house inspected regularly and sent pictures which are uploaded to the portal. They were so good to me that I used them to tell the same house and it sold in 2 days. If I ever need to rent my home again, they will be on speed dial!

Michelle and her team have been wonderful! The tenant portal on their website enabled us to pay rent and report maintenance issues instantaneously. Fox Rentals were always quick to respond to any issues and always followed up, making sure repairs were done satisfactorily.
If we ever move back to the Raleigh area, Michelle and Steve would be the first people that we called to help us with our housing needs!

From a property owners side they have been very attentive thus far. I spoke with every property management company in the area and they were the only ones that really entertained the idea of helping me find a home with the intent of turning it into a rental in a few years. Mr. Fox has been a huge help in narrowing down a good home to turn into a rental down the road, ease of renting, estimated rent, overall appeal etc.
They have gone above and beyond before I even turned the property over to them, which I am now quite comfortable doing.
