My location is Clayton, NC, not PA as listed in my profile. Have rented 3 times in the past 6 months. Staff is great & has always gone to great lengths to make sure they have our desired vehicle. The first time I rented I forgot a bunch of stuff in the car, including presents & garage door opener. All was returned in tact. I very much appreciate the staff at this location.

People were courteous and friendly. Car was nice and clean and easy to drive.

The staff at this location works very hard and tries hard to please. The problem is that there are not enough of them. This is a very busy location. We have rented from this location several times and they are always busy. Yesterday we had to wait 4 hours for a car. They called us at home and told us they had a car for us, when we arrived to pick it up 15 minutes later, we had to wait 20 minutes for service.
This location desperately need more staff.

The bad: they tend to stay overwhelmed so getting in and out is impossible. check your rental before leaving… Not always super clean and one had worn out windshield wipers as I discovered driving in snow/​sleet. Their solution, take time from business trip to spend an hour at a shop to get them replaced.
The good: the people try hard, they just don’t have the best conditions.
