We’ve been using Gabe for over a year, after we let the pool guy go that was being used by the previous owner when we purchased our home. We didn’t know what a pool guy was supposed to do until Gabe took over for us. He was very informative and patient with us, letting us know what his weekly service would be like, as well as giving us tips on upcoming milestones in our maintenance schedule due to the upcoming winter and making sure there was a consistent level of water in our pool.
I was most impressed when Gabe advised me that he had located and killed several black widow spiders within a matter of weeks that were hiding in the lids of our skimmer covers. Gabe was aware that I had small children and brought the concern to my attention immediately, instructing me for ways to detect them and get rid of them safely, as well as recommending where to purchase a safe spray for around the pool area to get rid of the black widows. I’ve been checking daily since he showed it to me and I haven’t seen once since after spraying.
He totally helped me deal with a home warranty situation when the filter had failed and I was dealing with a less-​than-​professional home warranty company. Gabe advised me in the process and wound up saving me from wasting $ 600.00.
