The absolute best. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. Although this was our first home inspection experience, I can’t imagine it could get any better. Our realtor had recommended Roger and Lori to complete our home inspection for our first home buying experience. Needless to say, we were anxious, nervous, excited, and happy all at the same time. Roger and Lori not only allowed us, but encouraged us, to follow them around during the inspection and ask any questions at all that came to mind. They were both very thorough and descriptive with every single thing that they found, whether positive or negative. They were super friendly, very easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgable and helpful. My knowledge of potential home issues is minimal, but by the end of the inspection I felt like a capable handyman (much to my wife’s objection) who could tackle a lot of projects around the house thanks to Roger and Lori’s thorough explanations and suggestions. Their report was also very thorough and will be invaluable in ensuring that our new home is safe and comfortable for our family. Roger & Lori are the best! They inspected two homes for us. The first, in April 2013, had so many problems that the homeowner was unwilling to fix that we landed up walking away.
We had an offer accepted on another house in August, and we asked Lori and Roger to inspect it. The house came with a very clean pest report. When Roger and Lori found clear evidence of pest activity not on that report, they advised us to get our own pest report. That report showed extensive damage, which was ultimately paid by the seller. They directly help save us $ 15,000.
Roger and Lori are also lovely people, and I can’t recommend them strongly enough!

I went into contract on a home I am purchasing Wednesday evening (⁷⁄₃) with a short inspection period. We were able to get a hold of Roger and Lori early Friday morning (⁷⁄₅) and by our luck they were available to come out same day in the afternoon.
Roger and Lori were two of the nicest people we’ve met. They allowed me and my whole family to be at the home the whole time (several hours) while they were inspecting and we found them to be extremely thorough and helpful as they pointed and discussed any findings they had with us in person ahead of receiving a report
Can’t guarantee everyone will be able to get same day service but I think based on the job they did they are definitely worth the wait.
