Established in 2004.

Since 1993, BE’s CEO, Mayda Barsumyan has focused on Oracle’s PeopleSoft Financials and Human Resources (HR) product suites. She participated in numerous co– development and testing activities with PeopleSoft and has directed the successful implementation of their products for numerous clients.

In 2004, Business Escalation was form to provide cash management and treasury solutions to large companies. Today, Business Escalation (BE) is leading the way in helping organizations on a path of Profits /​Growth /​and Sustainability.

Ms. Barsumyan has been responsible for the planning, management, and delivery of many large-​scale Financial ERP implementations, as well as Treasury Cash flow Analysis and Financial Modeling.

Business Owner

Mayda Barsumyan is the president and CEO of Business Escalation, a national cash management consulting company, based in St. Louis, Missouri.

She started Business Escalation in 2006, using a subcontractor arrangement. Depending upon the project, from three to 30 employees can be working with a client at a time.

Business Escalation is a consortium of financial professionals, offering client cash management, including centralization of cash and treasury consulting services to large and middle-​market companies. The company assists clients with financial management solutions to identify cash and treasury opportunities.

Ms. Barsumyan spent her first 10 years in business with various Fortune 500 companies including Booz-​Allen & Hamilton, and Covanta Energy as a senior manager. She was responsible for planning, management and delivery of large-​scale financial Enterprise Resource Planning implementations, as well as, treasury cash-​flow analysis and financial modeling.
