Breve Espresso Cafe

Panini for breakfast, heck yea! The Roma panini is egg, sun-​dried tomato, red onion and cheddar grilled between sourdough bread. It’s the best egg breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had!
How busy they are depends a lot on the weather. Good weather, most lunchers like to get out of the building for lunch. Bad weather, everybody wants to stay in… and eat at Breve (located in the lobby floor of the PNC Bank building).

I feel like it’s important to note that this establishment is located inside a corporate office building. I read some Unilocal reviews and decided that this looked like a nice place to schedule a work meeting. I imagined that it was in Clayton off the street. You’ll never find it just looking for it on the street unless you see its name listed underneath some law firms on the building’s sign.
Also important to note — they close at 4 p.m.

We just had an office lunch catered by them which was wonderful. I want to especially compliment the Oatmeal Raisin cookies. I am a connoisseur and I think these were the best I’ve ever had. Moist, juicy, with just a touch of cinnamon and just the right size (no reason to make them obscenely huge.)
I also want to compliment the Greek Salad and the Chicken Salad sandwiches.

I found myself at Breve Espresso the other day. I came across it after seeing it on the street so I stopped in. Looking over their menu I saw that they had quite a lot to over. I was not ready to see such an array of choices. What drew my attention and I still enjoy about Breve Espresso when I look back at my fond memories of the place is that I was able to make my own wrap. I didn’t actually make it, but chose what I wanted the wrap to be.
To create the wrap they had a list of toppings and such, like creating a pizza, but in this case it is a sandwich or wrap. I ended up choose a turkey and ham wrap with Swiss cheese, sprouts, and lettuce. My wrap that I had created, but not physically, tasted wonderful. I took pleasure in that I had help create this wonderful masterpiece of a lunch.
