Brad Busch – State Farm Insurance Agent

Brad Busch’s «customer service» cost me about $ 15,000.
Back in October of 2013 I had both renter’s insurance & car insurance through State Farm. However at that point I realized Geico was much cheaper for car insurance so I asked for them to remove my car policy and keep the renter’s insurance policy. Note: this was all in writing via email correspondence so I have proof this happened. Brad asked me expressly in a further email if I wanted to keep the rental policy and I said «yes please» like a complete idiot.
Well about 6 months later I’m in my apartment and the sewer backs up. Ruined many thousands of dollars worth of storage items in the basement by covering it with black water (I’ll let you wrap your mind around what black water is). I dutifully informed him, but he acted like he’d never heard of me. Apparently the rental policy had been cancelled at the same time as when the car policy had been & there was nothing they can do.
Avoid this guy like the plague. He’s a liar & a scumbag.
