History

Established in 2004.

True was built by a team of life long collision repair professionals with a vision to create the highest quality collision repair organization in the world. While headquartered here in Wilmington, our first location was and remains in Pittsburgh Pa along with our 2^nd and 3^rd. In 2006, we received Body Shop Business magazines «Collision Repair Executive of the year award» for our work in pioneering advanced «lean» production systems in the industry. Today, we consult to collision repairers and insurers around the world, teaching how these strategies can create a win-​win-​win for the customer, insurer and repairer.
