We service all brands of washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, refrigerators, microwaves, and garbage disposals. We usually respond to all service calls within 24 hours excluding Saturdays and Sundays. We are also the warranty center for all Maytag and Whirlpool appliances. We have a showroom at 3309 Philadelphia Pike Claymont, Delaware 19 703, where we sell new and reconditioned appliances and parts for the «do it yourself» kind. We service all of Delaware County, Pennsylvania and all of New Castle County, Delaware and West Chester, PA.

History

Established in 1940.

John’s was started by John Sr. in 1940 in Delaware County, Pennsylvania and in 1970 John Jr. opened a John’s Maytag Home Appliance Center off of Naamans Road in Wilmington, Delaware. John Jr. has since relocated to a much larger store at 3309 Philadelphia Pike in Claymont, Delaware. Here is where he sells new and reconditioned appliances and also parts for the «do it yourself» kind.
