Tuxedo Junction

This experience was awful. I simply couldn’t believe how many things were screwed up. Multiple tuxes needed significant changes and I’ve had better service at the DMV. Don’t trust your special event with this very sad excuse for a company. My sympathies to those who use this place before they see the review

I would never, ever recommend this place. I attended a wedding recently where the groomsmen used this Tuxedo Junction and it was a complete mess! What is the point of having the gentlemen get measured if not a single tux comes in even remotely close to correct. I would understand alterations needed, but needing to send out for completely different sizes with barely 48 hours until the wedding date? That’s inexcusable. The tuxes were ordered in plenty of time and they have absolutely no excuse for this service. After multiple groomsmen made multiple trips back and forth to the store (easily 45 minutes away), one tux still needed to be delivered the morning of the wedding because they completely disregarded the measurements given and ordered pants so large alterations were impossible. Even upon completion, sleeves were different lengths, vests were ill-​fitting, and you should NEVER hear someone say «it’s fine as long as I don’t sit down» the morning of the wedding.
After complaining to the manager, the district manager and then the manager above him, compensation of a free tux was offered. Honestly, they’d be better off going to their local costume shop and picking out something from the Zombie section than try to get a decently fitted tux from this place.
Awful service, awful experience.
