History

Established in 2011.

April’s Beer Cheese was originally made for friends and family only. With a little spurring from them April sampled cheese at the Court Day Festival and the rest is history. She created her Original flavor and after having much success, created a Mild and Spicy version too.

April is a life long resident of Clay City, Kentucky. She gratuated from high school in 1993 and received her BS in Paralegal Science in 2004. April currently lives in Clay City with her two boys, Joe and Aaron.
