Tim Hortons

I came here only twice, and the food was nasty both times I’ve been here, 2 years apart. Employees are barely nice enough to get by, and are cold and seem like they’d rather be anywhere else and not dealing with you.
The first time I came here, I got a muffin and a coffee. The muffin was stale and unappetizing, and the coffee was subpar at best. My boyfriend at the time got a bagel and it also was stale and disgusting.
I don’t understand the hype over Tim Hortons, but I’m not buying into it.

The best Tim Hortons! 7:30am soups are always fresh and ready and coffee is just as good. Very friendly staff with smiles every morning.

I was the only customer in the restaurant I waited 4 minutes before being acknowledged and then 11 minutes for my food. I ordered for here and received to go packaging. My drink was also missing. I only ordered a sandwich, soup, and a bagel. Nothing customized. I also saw an employee warm up a to go coffee with hot water and another employee set their headset on the sandwich cutting board. Even though I got to go packaging no napkins were included and my toasted sandwich and Mac and cheese were cold by the time I received it. Will not be back. Will try other locations. Cashier was also rude and didn’t know the menu as she cleared my order from her screen for the timer to not count and then had to ask how to make my sandwich.

How do you screw up a order… EVERYTIME! I order the same thing daily, and try different combinations of the order… hoping that it will correct the confusion. Nope!

1 — Bagel Belt on Plain Bagel with Bacon
Today, I thought everything was fine… until, I got to work and discovered no sugar in my coffee. Come On!!!
Also, there is a tall girl with dark hair working in there with the BIGGEST Attitude I ever seen… Real Nice! I think I’m gonna have to wake up earlier and go to a location even farther out.

Hit or miss. Today I found a big ass hair in my sandwich. Just don’t go here.
They go trough staff like tacos at a weight watchers convention. That should say something.

The sandwiches are always dry and burnt. uggghhhhh

I come here all the time but this is unacceptable. They charged me too much on my card and made me wait over 10 minutes in front of their store for them to fix it. Not cool.

Every time I go to this particular location the people working there are miserable! They don’t great you at all they hide in the back and it takes 10 mins for someone to come out and help you and they never get your order correct! I do not recommend this location at all. I gave 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option.

I take my son through the drive-​thru three times a week before school for a bagel with cream cheese. They never give you napkins, and when I order multiple things they get it right 60% of the time. Mine, & my son’s favorite part is waiting at the speaker to hear if the woman who sounds exactly (and has the same cheery disposition) like the character Roz from Monster’s Inc. will take our order. We crack up everytime we hear her speak.

Okay, I feel like a fraud for posting a review of a coffee shop when I loathe coffee and anything closely related to coffee.
Thankfully, for the haters, there are other options. And after going to one of the competitor chains (which I’m sure you can l guess what it is, what with their little red holiday cups full of cheer) I felt compelled to sing the praises of the hot chocolate here.
1) it’s actually hot. I think back to a couple of days ago where I had to let it sit for several minutes before I could enjoy it. Meanwhile, I sit here now with my red cup from that other place, downed half of it and it’s now lukewarm.
2) the price. $ 2 for an extra large vs $ 3.45 for a venti. And Timmy’s gives you a free flavor shot!
3). Flavor. Even without a flavor shot, Tim Hortons blows the other place out of the water. And I’m sitting here in a waiting room annoyed that I shelled out nearly $ 4 at the other place for something that is garbage compared to what I had on Wednesday.
I don’t drink coffee, espresso, latte, frappa-​whatya, cappuccino or any of that other stuff, but when I want a hot chocolate fix, I’ll never stray again.
Plus, Tim Bits. Need I say more?

Gotten worse. This location was a ³⁄₅ and now has gotten much worse. I have to repeat my order a few times at the speaker and then again at the window. This has happened on three occasions now and they want to send you away without your full order. This location does not meet minimum standards IMO.

This Timmy’s is somewhere near the better side of the spectrum of good & evil.
You’ll still find the employees disgruntled and annoyed, but they’ll get your order mostly correct (most of the time).
I order a plain bagel toasted with extra butter (I learned to ask for extra butter if you want ANY butter on your bagel) and while I ALWAYS have to pull over and manually spread the butter myself (they just put a blob of it right in the middle — yes — on the HOLE of the bagel), there’s at least butter.
Meh.

The most wonderful thing about Timmy’s
is that Timbits are wonderful things,
Caramel is delish and so’s the tangerine,
They’re yummy, honey, nummy, tummy,
Om nom nom nom nom!
But a fab thing about Clawson
is this Tim Horton’s!
The wonderful thing about this Tim’s
is the staff are fabulous quick,
They’re accurate and friendly,
They hand over your order lickety-​split.
It’s good, it’s cheap, it’s fresh, it’s neat
Om nom nom nom nom!
But the only thing that’s strange is
Their drive-​thru winds way back!
(So make sure you turn about.)

Had the regular coffee. always good on a cool day. wasnt speedy but not too slow.

I agree with the first post, and was coming to post the same thing. During the weekday, they are like a well-​oiled machine. Super fast and really friendly.

Oddly speedy. (That’s my variation of Freaky Fast).
