Went to this location when they were having their giveaway of free breakfast crunch wraps for the stolen base in the world series. They were insanely packed but were still pumping out the crunch wraps in an effective and correct manner. I was very impressed and satisfied when it came time for my order. I got a free cup of coffee for«waiting so long», even though it didn’t really seem like it.

I appreciate the food was fresh. But nothing worse than going through the drive thru, getting home to find out your order is screwed up!

Let me get right to the point, if you eat at this Taco Bell there is about a 50% chance you will get food poisoning. Why am I so sure? Because it took me several outings to this location(over the course of months) to finally pin it down as the causal meal that gave me(and my wife) food poisoning and I mean BAD. As if that weren’t bad enough, the service is absurdly slow and it’s a pain to get on and out of. Bottom line: I would rather skip lunch than ever eat anything from this location. If you MUST have Taco Bell, head to the location near Livernois and Maple, but please avoid this location at all costs.

Aside from being one of the businesses on the Crooks-south-of-14-Mile death-gauntlet, there’s nothing really noteworthy about this Taco Bell… it is what it is. That said, I think they’re competing to be the #1 to-go place that will always forget/screw up part of your order. Check it before you leave the premises.

I give this Taco bell 3 stars because 75% of the time I have been there is has been like any other Taco bell. There was a time were I ate there and barfed in the parking lot, I was not under the influence or sick. Just for whatever reason the food did not agree with me. After I got home I was going back and forth between sitting on the toilet and barfing in the toilet. All in all it is a good place, just pray you don’t have the bad luck that I did. Also it is clean inside.

If I was able to rate this location lower I totally would. I was in need of a total pick-me-up after a long day of running around and decided to run into TB for a couple of hard shell tacos. Mind you– I would never be caught dead eating at this location before it was demolished but now that it’s about a month old I thought things have changed. Anyways, the tacos once I got home were completely soggy to the point once I picked it up it completely fell apart!(See pic) Disgusting! This location is horrible even with the rebuild! Should have just torn it and left the land vacant. Called twice to complain with no answer. Thank god for corporate

If you like making a run for the border, then this is the location for you. Inevitably, you will have to return to this location if you want to collect the things they forgot to put in your bag at the time you ordered. That being said, the staff is always super friendly. Just a general note about Taco Bell food: The Cool Ranch Dorito Locos are awesome! I literally hate Cool Ranch Doritos, however, in taco form they outshine the nacho cheese flavored Locos.

The staff here is fantastic! They greet you warmly(sometimes with humor) and it seems very genuine. The inside is clean. I am so glad this location is close to my home, but even if it wasn’t I would drive out of my way to go there. Keep it up!

Being healthier has forced me to give up fast food and other vices that have way too much sodium. Sadly, this means I don’t get to visit Taco Bell enough anymore, so when I do make it to T-Bell, I have to make it count. This visit allowed me try a pair of new items. I had the loaded buffalo chicken griller and a new burrito with the new, fancier rice. The chicken griller, like everything else on the menu was amazing. It was bigger than I had anticipated too. For the price, I was expecting a taquito, but it was more of burrito. The burrito with rice was good, and although the name escapes me, I would get it again. It was more of a gourmet item, as strange as that sounds, and it felt a bit healthier too. While I’m discussing Taco Bell, I must mention, their verde salsa which is only a few years old, is absolutely amazing. Wish they had it sooner. I would put if on my cereal if I could — but I rarely eat cereal.

I go to this Taco Bell all the time because i live a few blocks away. Most of the time i go there later and they never have fiesta potatoes ready, and tell me i can only have one even though it takes them 3 minutes to make them, so by the time i get to the window they would be done but they are lazy as hell. I get it, i work in a restaurant, but come on. So, today i went there about 5:40, left at 6:20. Waited 30 minutes in line, they tell me they dont have the potatoes ready and it would be 3 minutes and would i like anything else. Being in food i say, its fine, ill wait but ill pull around and go inside so the line can continue. They thank me. I wait 15 minutes inside, and they totally forgot. Asked them whats up and my order was a cheese quesadilla, 2 fiesta potatoes, and a side of nacho cheese. So, i say hey can i get another cheese quesadilla, since mine is for sure cold now. They tell me no. It is $ 2. They say no. She asks if i want to talk to a manager, i grudgingly say yes. The manager(some dood), i could hear him, says no. The girl walks back and tells me that. I am in disbelief at this point. Another lady offers me a taco, but im vegetarian. At least she tried. So, they eventually give me the potatoes, i leave PISSED. Get home, NONACHOCHEESE! That was it, i went back asked for a refund and idk where this manager was the whole time, but she was the best. Jenny Paluscal(cant read the last name), she was nice, polite, actually sincere, offered me stuff i said i just want money. She insisted. She wrote me a comp for another order another time, and i was so thankful. Like i said working in food i understand but they were assholes besides her and maybe the other girl. But thank you Jenny. You were great. If you own this store, get them to be on top of their game. Promote Jenny. She deserves it. But i might not ever go there again and choose to go to one a few more miles away. They are usually rude, so im afraid to complain, because i think they would mess with my food. I’ve been going there for years so they know me, and i know that. But Jesus, i have never left a review but i had to do it. I dont know why i capitalized jesus, since he never existed. Good day.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell when it comes to food, but the speed of service here is what sets this location apart. I could go through the drive-thru here 3 times in the amount of time it would take to go through it once at other locations. The people are also quite nice there. Plus the drive-thru is open very late on the weekends so it makes for a good way to end the night out.
