Collex Collision Experts

I took my car to Collex and am so happy I did! They are beyond professional, they told me when my car would be ready, and it was. They gave me daily texts to let me know where they were in the process of my car being completed. Their staff is professional and friendly. I would recommend Collex if you ever need to get your vehicle fixed.

Where do I begin with this.
I took my car in there to have it fixed after an accident during one of the major snow storms that Michigan had this year. When I took it in they evaluated the car and stated that they would fix everything including the coolant light that randomly turns on in the car that didnt before and now the center overhead light is always turned on due to the door damage that the car received from the accident.
We took the car in to be properly fixed multiple times to them.
Once the door was fixed it was realized that air was coming through it in the middle of the winter. I dont know why as a company I would return the car to the customer without checking to make sure the door I supposely fixed didnt close properly.
Besides that we had to go back 3 different times to have them try to fix the coolant light and the middle car light that stays on constantly. After the third time they made an excuse that they didnt have the material to fix it and we should take our car to FORD dealer to have them fix it.
But they wont refund any of the money back.

I just picked my car up today after getting a dent removed and could not have been happier! Every person i spoke to during the process was extremely helpful and friendly. If I am ever in the situation where I need auto body repair, I will not hesitate to choose Collex again.
