Flood cleanup and demolition services:

We provide cleanup services from flood and water damage events.

Rolloff Dumpsters: We rent roll-​off dumpsters and rubber wheeled dumpsters for commercial and residential customers.

Kitchen and bathroom demolition and tear-​outs for contractors and DIY-​Do-​it-​yourselfers.

Established in 2008.

As a private, locally owned business, we got our start as the auto industry was sinking and the main stream employer went bankrupt. We were established in 2008 as a dumpster rental business serving residential customers in the Metro Detroit area. We soon began serving area businesses including general contractors, flood restoration companies and theatres. We added «live-​loads» to our services where we load and remove the debris /​junk or other items at one time in-​place of renting a dumpster. Entire house cleanouts, kitchen and bath tear-​outs and additional property services were added.

I started this business because I got tired of seeing so many usable items going into the landfill. I wanted to do my part to reduce the impact on the environment and to give back where possible. I want to help families that need to prepare a parent or grandparents home for sale or other disposition and donate usable items to those less fortunate.

Bill (and Craig) of BTCommercial Services just left and so did a great weight off my shoulders. I originally needed a dumpster for some demo work friends were doing for me and selected BT for that job because of the quick response from and friendly yet professional approach Bill uses for his work. He likes what he does and does it well. When he says he’ll be there, he’s there. When he says you’ll never know the dumpster was ever on your driveway, the care he uses makes sure that happens. His prices are competitive. Once the dumpster was here I decided I should get some excess big items removed from the basement. Called Bill, negotiated a removal fee for that and he was out with an assistant and made quick work of something I’ve worried about for years. AND he left the basement neat and tidy after the removals. Bill and his company are a great throw back to small local businesses staying friendly, professional, knowing the needs of their clients and just getting the job done. There are no hidden fees. Just an all around pleasant experience and I will use them again for similar needs.

I just hired Bill for the second time. This time it was for a cleanout of my parents basement. From start to finish he was the epitome of professional. My mother has been ashamed and embarrassed for 20+ years of the dire situation that is their basement because of a hoarding problem by others in the house, and it just became a catch all for everything. So Bill was the first (and only) person I thought of when it was time to get the job done and we all couldn’t be happier.
Bill and his crew worked 2 long days (10 hours each day) and it wasn’t just them taking things and putting them in a dumpster. The first day was mostly sorting through items, setting things aside that were questionable as to whether or not to keep or toss. They even recovered $ 65 and handed it over to my mom. We never would have known and it would be easy for them to just pocket it. They also found some old family photos and made sure to go through everything to make sure nothing valuable was tossed.
I cannot recommend them enough, and I will be having him come back for their garage next year.

I saw earlier reviews about Bill of BT Commercial, and they were all favorable. I had my fingers crossed that he could solve several small issues. I had a somewhat strange situation that I’d moved, done a lot of construction, and had «inherited» a lot of stuff from the previous owner (who was elderly and lived out of state). I had everything from literally 14 broken or useless old brooms, dustpans and mops to ancient roofing and flooring materials as well as leftover construction materials. I was trying to get all of the stuff hauled away to be junked, recycled or re-​homed. I took a chance and called BT Commercial Services. Bill returned my call promptly, and he came out in short order and at my convenience to look over the job. He offered some more cost effective suggestions to get some of the stuff out, but as I’ve been dealing with a back issue for several months, my ability to move the stuff myself was limited.
He showed up in the time frame upon which we’d agreed, and he was great about confirming times with me. I thought that his pricing was fair, and I’m very pleased with the process and results. I appreciate very much that he recycles as much as he’s able, is a local business, and takes pride in his work. I will call his company again should I need similar services.

I was in need of a dumpster for a roofing project. I called
and then Bill. His bid came in lower and he is a locally owned business. The other thing that won me over was his waste practices. He recycles the materials whenever possible. When you talk to him you know you are working with someone that is passionate about his business. The communication and customer service is top notch. I called Bill as well as some other companies when I realized I needed a dumpster in short order to finish a moving project. Bill had the best rates, and was also the most pleasant and professional on the phone. He kept me updated via phone throughout the process. I made a mistake on how to pay, and Bill was very gracious about it and did not give me any trouble for it. In short — he had the best value, helped me out by accommodating a very tight deadline, and was professional and personable. Very highly recommended!

We contacted Bill after calling a few other places for quotes. We were removing a bunch of sod from a yard and didn’t realize the quantity and weight of what we had gotten into. Bill was able to get us a dumpster the same day that we called\emailed him and was MUCH less than the quoted prices from the other places that we had called. He was very flexible on placement of the dumpster, pickup of the dumpster and we also like the fact that he is someone who tries to reclaim\recycle instead of just dumping in a landfill. We would definitely use BT Commercial Services again and would have no problem recommending him to others.
