I also wish I could give this 0 stars… I called in seeing what brochures would run, I received a price quote and price match on where I am getting them printed now. I should have known when I walked in and there was a customer yelling at a gentleman (who I believe is the manager) behind the counter. I emailed over my artwork (apparently they can only print PDF??? Which my artwork was designed I had the Photoshop Files and Publisher but was told they needed it in a PDF, which didn’t lose to much quality, but still a print shop that can’t print ps files?). Anyway I was told that it would be done within the hour, I stated I would come back the next day. When I came back I was told that they just started a big job and mine was next, I was told it would this time be done in an hour. I was also given a proof which looked great but I noticed the color was off, it printed yellow. When I mentioned this to the gal printing she said she has told the manager this and he doesn’t think there is anything wrong. She then assured me she would make sure the color was right. I left and came back the following Monday. When I looked at my order, they printed my brochures on regular paper! And the color was WAY off (looked like they ran out of blue). I asked why it was printed on regular paper since I was shown that it would be printed on thick gloss paper. The manager apologized and told me they would re-​print them. A few days later I stopped in to pick up my corrected order, the job was horrible… Once again the colors were off, the white printed yellow, and the blue was fading, the folding was also done in a hurry. This looked nothing like the proof they showed me. I told him it wouldn’t work and he laughed at me and said «what’s wrong now? We printed it on gloss paper.» I asked for a refund for which he told me I had not paid. He then told me what I would have paid which was higher than what I was quoted. The girls that work there are nice, the manager not so much. I wasted more time and money driving to this One Hour Print shop than I would have just printing it at the local office max. I would never do business with them again, even if they tried to make thing right, which they didn’t the manager just laughed.

I give this place 0 stars. Sysadmin had no idea what she was doing and completely botched the job. She handed me something that I could have done in my printer at home and completely screwed up the cut on top of that. She didn’t know how to work any of the machines including the cash register. She lost my receipt and had to get a manager to reprint. Finally it took 4 days to do this and she finished a day over deadline. I suggest if you want bullshit printing done like paper flyers for a garage sale, then go for it but if you want quality work done stick with Imax Printing in Ferndale, MI or Staples for your printing and lamination. Sorry if I misspelled anything, had to type this one on the phone I was so pissed lol!
