Specialties
We are located directly across from the Louisville Skyline and Ashland Park, just west of the 2nd Street Bridge and before you get to The Falls of the Ohio State Park.
You have to try our Proud Mary Peanut Butter Cup Sundae. It is warm brownies topped with Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream, hot fudge, whipped cream and nuts. We have a limited food menu. Try our Philly Cheese steak. We have comfortable crusiers, and a variety of bikes for rent.
The Widow’s Walk was built in 1998 and is a replica of a classic Victorian home and the Hemmingway home in Key West Florida. We have seating for 54 in our courtyards and on our porch. You can enjoy the best view, and a wonderful sundae, while taking in an amazing view of the Louisville skyline and a sunset over the Falls of the Ohio.
Thanks so much for your interest.

History
Established in 2006.
The Widows Walk was built in 1998 to be an ice creamery. You use to go inside and order your ice cream then be able to go up to the second floor and sit on the balcony and enjoy it. We purchased the property from our dear friend in 2006 and changed the use. We continued serving ice cream indoors for two years and had our real estate firm on the second floor up until 2009. In the Fall of 2008 Clarksville changed the zoning, which allowed us to move into the property and still have commercial use. We then had a vegetarian café on the main floor, and still the real estate firm on the second floor, up until 2009. After that we evolved yet again into the best use of our real estate, moving the seasonal business of the ice creamery outdoors, and utilizing the interior space as The Widow’s Peak Salon, and moved into the second and third floor of the home. Our joke now is that it doesn’t take us long to get to work, and we don’t spend much on gas. Come check out this amazing property!
Meet the Business Owner
Bryan F.
Business Owner
I have done many things in my life and owned several businesses, but I think now that I am right in my element. My first job was as a food server at Ponderosa Steakhouse, and I loved what I did. Serving the public, lending an ear, and making people feel inportant and special is what I enjoy the most. In life, so many people go though their daily routine without even being noticed, or genuinely looked at or listened to. I love reaching out to people, asking them how their day was, and making direct eye contact with them. In the world we live in today, good manners have gone out the door. I really appreciate when people are interested more in being polite instead of being distracted with their cell phones or any electronic devices. Come on people! Lets be real! Come to our establishment and experience the one on one individual service that you will recieve by me and my partner Jerry! Peace and Love to all!
