Quality Inn Exit 4

Good for the rate. Our room was a bit old but clean. They looked like they were about to start renovations soon. The staff at the front was nice and helpful. Apparently booking via a 3^rd party like we did defaults guests to a smoking room. We actually bid for a hotel and got this one. First thing he did was ask if we wanted to be switched to a normal room. So careful reserving a room here if the hotel is full. Mattress was surprisingly comfortable and there wasn’t one of those gross comforters on it where you don’t know if it’s ever washed. Those are he worst.

I am here right now this place is pretty good. The staff here is very friendly and helpful haven’t met one person that didnt have a smile on their face. The whole place is very clean. Rooms and very clean as well. The morning breakfast is a real breakfast. It’s right next to all the major chainn restaurants. Good stuff.

I would also add the restaurant as a very great addition. The food was very enjoyable and quite reasonably priced. We were tired from a long day on the road. First Quality Inn we’ve experienced with a restaurant & lounge. Perfect for our needs.
The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, particularly the restaurant.
If all Quality Inns reach this standard, this will be America’s #1 brand.

Adequate
For the money I thought it would’ve been a little better. The faucet was missing the screen so water went everywhere every time it was turned on, the toilet seat was loose and sliding all over, the towel bar was coming off the wall. All little things that could be fixed easily. But the buffet breakfast was awesome!

Everytime my husband and I travel to the midwest during the holidays we stay here as our «halfway» point because we love this place so much! The rooms are comfortable and clean, the service is great and the breakfast in the morning is outstanding! If we travel we make it a point to stay at Quality inn they have always been very nice. The location is great as well, close to gas, restaurants, and the highway.

Clean. Friendly. Affordable. Convenient to gas, food, interstate & local activities. I was highly impressed & will stay here any time I’m visiting Clarksville.

Wow. Who ever expected a budget hotel named Quality to actually be of quality? The bed was phenomenal with a cushy mattress, 4 fluffy pillows, soft sheets, and a cozy down comforter (or synthetic down). The shower has a nice head with multiple settings and good water pressure. And, get this, the hotel has a sauna. Quality Inn, a budget hotel, has a sauna and an indoor pool in addition to their outdoor pool. This place is perfect. Standard room rates are about $ 84 a night with the possibility of a slightly cheaper rate using the bidding function on

Regarding the breakfast buffet that comes complementary (standard $ 7.95) for each quest for each day staying at the Quality Inn, it is more than enough for the average quest. For the health conscious guest, your options are more limited and require a little creativity in your breakfast selection. While plain oatmeal and grits with tasty things to mix in are available, they appear (even the oatmeal) to have HEAVY quantities of butter or butter substitute in them indicated by the pooling yellow liquid on the oatmeal and around the container edges. The buffet included: bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, french toast, make-​your-​own waffles, scrambled eggs, assorted breads (sliced bread, wheat and white english muffins, bagels), some pastries (cinnamon rolls), cereals (sugary kid cereals and healthier granolas), hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, grapefruit, apples, oranges, canned peaches (in syrup), applesauce, orange juice, and coffee with cream and sugar available.
I never would have independently selected to stay at a Quality Inn. I’m glad that my mother and I stumbled upon it during our search for a bed that didn’t feel like plywood in Clarksville, TN. I will definitely consider Quality Inns for future stays in different cities. Nice job, Quality.
Wifi: Solid, no password, no dropped wifi, absolutely no issues.

The hotel itself is decent but it is infested with rednecks. I just checked in, went out to unload my car and there is a grown man pissing in the parking lot. If you get lucky and somehow avoid the loud obnoxious trash that stay here then the rooms are nice enough. Don’t expect quiet peaceful sleep. However if your interested in selling some bootleg shine this might be a gold mine.

This is the 3^rd hotel I have stayed in while visiting Clarksville, and I have to say, as corny as it may sound, ‘3^rd times a charm.’ :D
I usually have my dog with me, she’s a mini husky, and so it’s sometimes difficult finding a decent place to stay that allows pets, that being said, I typically end up settling for anywhere as long as it’s relatively clean and safe.
Well today, after being disappointed in the last two places I stayed, I decided to try Quality Inn, and to be honest I was not expecting much. But… I was pleasantly surprised.
As soon as I walked into the lobby I knew that I had definitely made a step in the right direction. The lobby is huge and contains an area for the breakfast buffet and a full bar, none which I have tried as of yet.
The desk clerk was friendly enough, and was kind enough to let me inspect a room before deciding if I wanted to stay or not. Since this place is a few dollars more for a room and pet fee, I wanted to make sure it was worth it.
She asked me what type of room I wanted, and did her best to accommodate me. I wanted a non-​smoking on the 1^st floor facing the parking lot, that way it would be easier for me to unload my magical Mary Poppins trunk and get all my luggage into the room without having to lug all of it up stairs.
As much as I tote around with me, I prefer a convenient distance to my car. And she delivered, my car is currently parked directly in front of my room door.
She also let me check in early, which was really nice of her, since I was tired and the day was getting hot.
At one of the previous hotels I stayed at in the area, I was charged an early check-​in fee. I had arrived there around the same time I checked in today at Quality Inn, yet this desk clerk was kind enough not to charge me extra.
When I got to my room, I had to turn the A/​C unit on since many hotels leave all that off until there is an occupant, but unlike in other locations, the A/​C worked well and the room cooled off fast. My only complaint with the unit, is that it’s not automatic. Once the room got cold, it continued to blow and before I knew it I was freezing. I like the ones that you can set a certain temp and it turns on & off to keep the room at that temp.
The room has two phones, a mini fridge, that is in good condition, a microwave, from this century, two night stands, 4 lamps, an alarm clock, a couch, a coffee table, and a desk w/​chair. They also have a remote jack pack, so a person can plug in a portable DVD player, game console, or laptop, etc. I think that’s really nice, especially for people who need to stay in a hotel for an extended period. Also, the remote jack has an internet cable for those whose laptops do not have a wireless card. A nice perk considering many hotels take for granted that everyone can access wifi. Speaking of the wifi, one minute it’s awesome and the next minute it lags bad. I was watching Netflix and it was working great and then I lost a bar and had to wait 15 minutes for the video to reload. It’s happen a few times already and is a bit frustrating, and I can’t seem to get it on my smart phone, even when I typed the actual network name in it won’t ‘find’ it. It could be me doing something wrong, but I have to rely on my own wifi for my phone, but at least on my laptop it works.
The bathroom area was a step up as well, the shower had a shower head that allowed you to adjust the pressure of the water, always a plus, especially since the last place I stayed I felt like the water was barely coming out.
Plenty of towels supplied, though I use my own so I can’t say if they are ‘soft’ or not lol
The sink area is spacious, there is a hair dryer, coffee pot, tea bags and cups in that area, along with the usual hotel size toiletries, which I never use, so I can’t remark on that either.
There’s also an iron & ironing board, plenty of hangers, and a laundry bag with a check list if you want the hotel to clean your clothes.
As for the bed, it’s nice & soft, has four pillows, and blankets that actually look clean and inviting. Once again I cannot tell you if they are ‘soft’ because I bring my own pillow and blankets. I learned a long time ago, and not in a pleasant way, that its better that way lol.
Overall, the room appears to be cleaned well, and the furniture and fixings seem to be in good condition. I see no stains or tears on anything.
Considering that this place is in the middle as far as price, I give it two thumbs up.
Oh, and outside, if you have a dog, they actually have grass that goes around the hotel and it’s maintained. Some hotels are «pet friendly» but have NO places to walk your pet, this does.
One other thing I would say I do not like, is that there is only one entrance from the street to the inn, and if you’re coming off the main road it’s a bit of a pain to make the left into the parking lot because the road is busy, but you can use the gas station next door to make a u-​turn and take the easy right in.

I stayed here for a week back in April, and it was an excellent experience. I have older relatives that live in Clarksville so I’ve been visiting there two or three times a year for the past five years or so. I’ve tried many of the motels at Exit 4 and Exit 11, and this is the best of the local motels I’ve tried so far.
Because I go down there so frequently, I try to find the best trade-​off between quality and value, and I think this place hits it perfectly. My room was very comfortable, well furnished, cleaner, and showed «less wear» than the other inexpensive options I’ve tried in Clarksville, and the housekeeping staff did a good job.
I found the front desk staff to be very helpful. I did not try the restaurant but I did go to the bar to watch a hockey game and their service was very good.
There are a lot of motel/​hotel options in Clarksville these days and so you can find cheaper places, and you can definitely find more expensive places, but again, in my experience this place offers a good value because you’re getting a clean, comfortable place to stay and aren’t having to pay $ 110 (or more) a night. I will definitely stay there again!

I would definitely NOT stay here again. even if being on a budget while traveling. This place was nasty. First of all we booked this place through a «Surprise me» option on Travelocity in hopes that we would have gotten something else for a 3 star hotel. No such luck. This place is not a three star! Next since the booking was paid for through Travelocity the hotel staff couldn’t figure out how to actually book the room. The three days that we were there they said that our card was declined… but yet Travelocity said we were fully paid for.
The hotel is one that has outside access to their rooms. our room was next to the area were the trash was stored for the day. such a pleasant site to see while hauling your stuff over to your hotel room. Next the bathroom area looked like it had been cleaned every other guest that stayed in the room. I didn’t want to take a shower in there but really had no choice. I just hoped i wasn’t going to get any type of foot disease by standing in the bathtub. For a room that was meant for two people (king sized bed), there were only two towels which were a low grade of sandpaper.
The free hot buffett was a joke. Fatty cuts of bacon, coffee that tasted it was from the day before, and soda pop that was missing syrup.
Stay here at your own risk… but if you are staying only for one night and have no intentions on showering then you may be ok.
