Mark and the team at Mattress Express exemplify superior customer service. I live 600 + miles from this store. I was looking for a specific rail converter system in order to use a full size iron headboard and footboard with a queen size bed. Manufacture of that converter system doesn’t sell to the public, recommended several merchants near me in Chicago, all were ignorant of the product and lacked any semblance of customer service. Mattress Express pulled off a web searched. Cameron and Mark knew exactly what I needed, how it worked and made it happen, all over the phone. Dropped shipped to me directly from manufacturer.
