We have 5 dogs and take them all here! All of the staff are very kind and knowledgable. We’ve always been alone to get last min appointments and you can’t beat the price!

I arrived at l&l at about 12:30 to set up arrangements for my dog to be boarded for 12 days. I pulled into the parking lot and a woman in her car rolled down the window and said how can I help you. First, how unprofessional. I told her I wanted to look into boarding my dog here she said the owner just left and won’t be back until 5 so you’ll have to come back then. My question is are all those animals left unattended for that long during the day? If so they will not be having my business but the fact that no one was even willing to properly help me is extremely unprofessional. Not to mention they don’t even care that they are losing business. I’ll take my dog and money elsewhere.

Dog always looks and smells good! Price is better than other places for my particular dog. Ladies who work there are chill.

Great little place. The staff here is great. They are friendly and they always squeeze my dog in for a nail trim or quick bath. They offer great advice and good service have not had a issue yet. The parking lot is small but there is a small plaza across the street that works just fine or park in the Vet office in front of the building. In side they offer shampoo and smell good stuff for cats and dogs. Oh yeah and Treats cant forget those. Ill keep going back

Very nice looking on the inside. Major issues to me, are the small parking lot & small office and sadly, it’s not a «sit-​down and wait» kind of place. It’s more of a check-​in, drop your pet off, and come back when they call you.
With that being said they did a tremendous job with our 1 year old female Yorkshire Terrier. They even put a pink bow in her hair before they called us to come pick her up from her bath and grooming. :)
