Description

Specialties

We feature breakfast and brunch with locally sourced ingredients, in a wholesome and creative way. On premise baking, we cure our own hams, grind our breakfast sausage and even the preserves we serve with our homemade bread is made on premise. Casual dinner service is offered Thursday thru Saturday. Weekend brunch is high energy, yet country causal.

History

Established in 2008.

Jake Moon is a reincarnation of Dan Smith’s award winning Catskill Mountain eatery that was in operation in the early 90’s, faded away when the economy fell to its knees. Named for his Native American ancestor, the philosophy of locally sourced and locally inspired cooking is anchored in chef Daniels Classic French training and 5 years of traveling and studying in Europe. The distinctive logo designed by Milton Glazer sets the tone for the food and ambience, slick, country and casual.
