I appreciate that they made me a last minute appointment for a sinus infection except that I never saw a doctor. I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes before walking out. My 11:30am appointment was apparently not important for the facility to accommodate. I let the staff know I had a business meeting at 1:30, was told I was next and waited another 30 minutes.
The secretary was sweet and sympathetic, but uninterested in helping me beyond telling me to come back. Apparently time is relative. No thanks.
