Now owner of Carpet Express Herb Scruggs has 36 years of experience in the floor covering industry. He’s personally involved with every aspect of the business, from installation to customer service.

Herbs got his start at the age of 16 as installer but had the vision and motivation to further his career and open a retail flooring store. Taking great pride in seeing every job is done correctly and to the customer’s satisfaction. Herb’s expertise in retail, commercial and custom jobs has rewarded him with much respect and many accolades from his customers, colleges and piers
