Very seldom am I in awe when dealing with local businesses here in Clarksville, Tennessee. But, that was the case in my recent visit to B.A. Wolfe Powersports. After being alerted to an issue that I had with an employee of theirs, Kris (the owner’s wife) contacted me and quickly resolved my issue. She was very attentive and assured me that it wouldn’t happen again. This was evident in my visit to B.A. Wolfe Powersports today. They were courteous and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance with motorcycles, parts, and accessories as they have proven to be of high character and integrity.

Purchased a CBR600 from them love the bike, Christine worked with me and had no problems going the extra mile to help me leave there happy with what i had purchased. A few weeks later an issue arose from something the previous owner had managed to screw up the clutch and everyone there was more then happy to work with me and get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. Would recommend them to anyone VERY soldier friendly.

Stopped by here to see what they had. I was surprised to how many bikes they had for such a small place. Obviously family owned and operated. They hooked up my buddy on a harley. They were nice people easy to deal with.

went in this morning around 10 to have my buddy’s 2012 R6 to have a routine service (oil change, inspections, chain clean and lube)– the basics. things started out terribly the woman named Mikayla (?spelling) at the front desk has 0 customer service skills. she wrote me down and did not even ask for my information, tell me a timeframe of when the service was to be completed, inquire me for a contact # etc. she pretty much said OK and took my keys and was also confused at what i needed to get done. i had to pretty much do her job. I was told she would call me when it was to be completed and she could not ensure me that it would be done today… (i called the day prior in advance to make sure they could do it and was told that it would not be a problem by? shannon?.). fast forward a few hours and i called and she said the bike is done and when i would be available to pick it up. i said right now (3pm) I went back to the store and the bike was not there but it was still «enroute» from the service location. i am very patient so that part really did not affect me. but again just very unprofessional for business. The bike arrives i go and take a look at it before paying. the chain clean and lube job was terrible. it appears they did not clean the chain or sprocket and just put some chain wax on top of it. Very poor maintenance job on such a simple task. I also made sure to ask the tech if he found anything wrong. his response was «nope everything looks pretty good» However he failed to tell me about the cracked left side footpeg mount I was already aware of but part of the service was to have an inspection and if he blatantly missed that deficiency i wonder if he even checked the bike for component safety. I did check the oil and it seemed to be fresh so at least that was done competently (hopefully). sum it up i paid 127 $ to deal with shotty maintenance and way below standard customer service from a «reputable shop» in clarksville. I will definitely be doing my own maintenance next time instead of going back here and supporting this local business.

Had ti give these guys an update and another star for one simple reason. After reading my review the owner took serious interest in improving their customer service and contacted me directly to get my opinion on what they could do to improve my experience next time.
That is a small business owner who gets it! I will definitely give them another try in the future because of the extra effort on the part of the owner to make things right and improve their business!
