I understand property management to a tee. I understand all of its quirks and its qualms and its legalities. I genuinely do. Just a quick word to those who are going to rent– dont put a security deposit down unless you are 100% sure you are going to get it. I put 700 $$ down for 5 days and they wouldnt even budge as far as even returning any of my deposit– I was offered a job out of town and I had to accept.
I wouldnt be so upset, except a few choice individuals in the office are lacking basic customer service skills– which could have defunked the entire realm of this bad review’s existence.
Anyhow– buyer beware.
