We hired this company to install a small piece of granite in our laundry room. We were quoted one price at the store and then a much higher one when they came out to look at the project. Considering the lack of information we came to an agreement on the final price. After installation the guy who installed gave us yet another price which was higher than the agreed upon one. After trying to reach the guy who came out with a quote he decided to take the amount that we had agreed upon. When we asked who to make the check out to the guy asked us if they had told us to pay cash? Uh, no! We refused to give the guy cash and gave him a check. That raised a red flag. The installation of the granite was fine and the quality of workmanship appears excellent. However, you must tell these guys to either take all their garbage with them or to place it outside because not only in the strong smell from the chemicals in our house (which we expected) but is now all over the garage since we didn’t realize he had thrown it all away in there and we had shut the doors. Many fumes!
