Art and Motion Photography is a free lance photography company that offers several client services. Art and Motion Photography does youth sports; both action and team photography; and we do the same for adults. One of our special services is event photography, where we will make beautiful and lasting prints, on site, of your special occasions (we also do packages and disks). Art and Motion Photography does portrait photography (onsite, studio, location, child, school class, wedding, pre-​engagement, pregnancy/​maternity, and weddings) along with fashion shows and intimate shoots.

History

Established in 2004.

«Art and Motion Photography» began as a couple of friends having fun at sporting event; shooting photos of the fans and action and comparing them at home. We later started printing and selling the photos at the various sporting events. Once people started expecting us and inviting us to their events; we decided to go in business.

«Action Photo and Imaging» began and we concentrated on youth basebal and the various national softball circuits. After several years the friends went separate ways and Armand began to concentrate on free-​lance and portrait photography. Armand worked with several friends in the industry to learn various techniques and brought in his brother Scotty and their friend Ronald to learn more and devide certain aspects of the business.

Now «Art and Motion Photography» provides professional services for commercial, private and personal business intities as well as freelance action, portraiture, and models’ portfolios. Art and Motion Photography … «We Capture Life».

Business Owner

Armand was born and raised in Monroe, Ga. Attending the Walton County school system (Social Circle Training School, Carver-​Monroe Black School District, Monroe Primary, Monroe Elementary, Carver Junior High, and Monroe Area Comprehensive High School) where he was enriched through several extracurricular activities including; Boy Scouts, 4-​H Clubs, School Plays/​musicals, School bands, Youth and interscholastic sports, Church choir, ushers and youth department rep., Science/​Para-​Medical Clubs, FCA, STudent coucils and so-​on.

In college, Armand majored in Construction Management with some work in civil engineering and architecture. He worked in several fields in construction and is currently a Project Manager for a general contractor n the Atlanta area.
