When I think bakery, I think breads, cakes, cupcakes, pies and other tastebud inducing desserts. This is not that, what Tomaros is however is a place that serves up some great pepperoni rolls, italian bread and pizza shells.
Service was friendly, this isnt a sit down place but more of pop in and pop out kind of place.
A pepperoni roll is $ 1.50 and if you are hungry 3, will fill you up. I didn’t see it so I’m not sure if it is available, but what goes great with bread and pepperoni? Cheese of course, I would take one with colby, one pepper jack, one mozzarella etc. If they had them.

OMG !!! An old school bakery… the scent is intoxicating and the staff was awesome. My Dad’s family has lived in the area for decades and visiting always meant «pepperoni rolls» a regional treat. Sort of like a soft yeast roll will lots of pepperoni baked right in the middle of the roll… they do not disappoint… had to buy 3 dozen pepperoni rolls before we left, to take to other family members in SC and VA.
They do not take anything but cash, so make sure you have some to sample these delicious treats, looking forward to our next family visit !!
