Clel’s Place, a favorite hair salon serving Lackawanna County since 1991 located at 120 Barrett Street in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. Proprietor Clel DeAngelo and staff bring their experience and enthusiasm to the Clarks Summit location.

Located in Scranton’s West Side for 17 years, Clel is originally from the Abington area, and returned to her hometown in 2008. The Clarks Summit location offers modern salon facilities, handicap accessibility and parking. Clel’s Place specializes in haircuts, coloring, perms and up-do’s for your special occasions. Clel’s offers a convenient location and a comfortable, family-​friendly atmosphere
