I just love this place. Noël is so nice and really does a great job with fixing my car whether the problem is big or small! Most importantly, he someone I can trust! He and his staff are so pleasant all the time. It is a great little hidden gem in Clarence, NY.

I cannot recommend this garage any more highly. This is that little garage that everyone hopes they will find, but many may not. This is that lone trustworthy outpost, that bastion of genuinely serving the community, in a sea of capitalism and double-​talk when it comes to the auto service industry.
First of all, they have fair prices, and by fair, I mean, cheaper than virtually anyone else in the entire region.
Secondly, they are honest. They will look at stuff for free and if it doesn’t need fixing they are more than happy to tell you so. They have enough business without having to drum it up, and they pride themselves on their honesty.
Thirdly, they have 2 adorable dogs that live here, and if you’re lucky, you might get mauled by one and have your face licked. It happened to me several times while waiting here and I loved it.
The downsides are plentiful:
They can’t handle the volume of work they get, so it’s very hard to get seen here… and unless you have an emergency, you might have to wait ages, and even then if you make an appointment, you can’t always be sure you’ll be seen when they say, or even on the day they say. But when you run a business this wonderful and honest and fair, who cares.
And secondly, there is really no heat in the waiting room. Yes there is a tiny space heater but it was Arctic Siberian torture waiting in there for 3 hrs for new tires and new wiper blades. I’m not exaggerating. So get dropped off and picked up if you can. But you’ll get mauled by dogs if you stick around so there’s that.
I almost don’t want people to come here because it really is the only place of its kind that I know of. It’s absolutely wonderful. It’s the only place I will go. I literally love them.
