As a local business owner and customer of RCB, their policies are asinine. I deposited over $ 750 in cash with an $ 85 check signed over by a family member who owed me money, and I dropped it in the night drop. The next morning they called to tell me they couldn’t deposit the $ 85 check despite me having deposited plenty of cash to cover it if there were any issues. It is absolutely ridiculous! They need to step into 2015!
