Michelle Jackson was extremely helpful throughout our entire home buying experience. We originally were looking for a rental and Michelle gladly spent many hours looking for the right rental house with us. We then decided to purchase instead of rent and Michelle quickly switched gears and assisted us with a home purchase. She was very gracious with her time and attention during the entire process. Mile One Real Estate is the best! My husband and I listed our home with them in December 2014 and we were closed by the middle of February 2015. One buyer and 60 days later!
We contacted Tom Troli, Broker, because we had excellent success with him selling my mom’s house in West Covina in 1999 and purchasing her condo in Claremont. He made everything run very smoothly. He also informed us of the property tax base transfer law for «over 55 years of age» within Los Angeles County. It made a big difference in expenses for my mom. We contacted Tom again when it was time to sell my mom’s condo in 2008.
Again we contacted Mile One Real Estate for the sale of our home of 35 years in Claremont because we knew that we would be taken care of all the way to close of escrow. Tom gave us advice on what to do to make our home the most presentable to potential buyers. He recommended what needed to be done and people who could do the work.
We signed up for the quick and easy online signing of forms. We also saved a lot money by doing this. We were able to call Tom and his team with any questions. We always received a quick response via text, email, or a telephone call.
Tom and his team guided us through all phases of the sale; prep work, staging, pricing, open houses, offers, and legal jargon all the way to closing escrow. Tom and his team are very personable, easy to talk to, and know how to get the job done. I recommend them highly. Always a good experience! Now to get back to the boxes in my new house!
