Forth time a charm? Back in early April my husband went in for an eye exam and new glasses. He was told that his $ 650 glasses would be ready for him in 10 days before we left on vacation. This was not the case. Four weeks later his glasses are ready. He goes to pick the up and the new progressive lenses make him dizzy and requested new lenses be put in. The staff said no problem and said they would send them off. Two weeks later my husbands calls to see if his glasses were ready. Come to find out they were never sent out. After speaking with the manager, it was agreed the glasses would be ready in a week. They were ready in 4 days. Great. Problem was that the new prescription is significantly stronger than his old prescription and isn’t working for my husband. So he went back in, waited an hour in an exam room for the doctor to see him to give him a new prescription. The glasses were sent out on the 28^th of May. Still have yet to receive them. So if you would like poor customer service, a two plus month waiting period to get you glasses, then this is the place for you.

i am having problems there also. very bad customer service. they were fine at the old place but not know.
