Claremont Colonic and Nutrient Resource Clinic

I am ecstatic with my results I have gotten from my Purium 10 day Transformation Cleanse. I wanted to jump start weight loss, detoxify and start with a clean slate, and bonus, I lost 9 lbs in 10 days. This is my start to transform my health. Elle is very helpful and makes the whole process more comfortable.

I went here last week to have ear candling (coning) done. The location is very convenient, she got me in right away (same day), the place was very clean and the staff was friendly.
However, I’ve had ear candling done several times (this is my first at this location) and have never had someone burn my ear drum with the wax she pulled out. She was almost done with my first ear when I felt an excruciating pain in my ear. I literally jumped and could feel something in my ear. She used a q-​tip to remove the wax that fell back in but I was still in quite a but if pain for a few days.
She said this has happened before but doesn’t happen often. Clearly something was wrong with her technique or maybe the candles she uses. I will not go back here again.

Don’t book online!
I’m a previous client and received an email over the weekend and decided to book a service. I booked online and received an email confirmation. I also received both an email and text reminder.
I left work for my noon appointment. When I arrived, I was sitting for a few minutes. She finally came upfront and was surprised to see me. She asked how she could help me and I mentioned I had a 12 o’clock appointment.
Instead of apologizing for the mix up, she simply stated I must have booked online and that she had a colonic to perform. She asked if I could come back later or tomorrow.
She wasn’t empathetic. She was really dry and just kept blaming it on the computer.
She shouldn’t allow online appointments if she won’t check them. I understand things happen but she could have acknowledge how much of an inconvenience it was for me to leave work, make the drive and end up not being seen.

Vary Happy and Satisfied with the treatment, I had been looking into colonic irrigation for sometime. I was recommended to Elle by a good friend, made my appointment online. Site and appointment scheduling was easy to use. Elle was great, gave me a lot of great information and made me feel very comfortable during the treatment. On my next few appointments I was helped out by Kathleen also full of knowledge and experience. No doubt I will recommend their services.

This was my first time getting a colonic and I was really nervous yet excited to do it. The owner Elle took care of me. I will start off by just saying that yes, I felt better afterwards, but there were a few things people should know… I sort of expected the place to be a bit more clean:/ when dealing with bodily fluids and things going inside of you, you sort of expect and cleaner environment then what I saw. The bathroom, was not kept up the best:/ the place was dated, and it just seemed not «spa like» a lot of stuff everywhere. Also, the owner though friendly, she sounded a little repetitive… Like she was simply going through the motions. She was also on her phone non stop! I am still a paying customer… That was a little annoying not going to lie. I wanted to try this whole thing out and see if my energy levels would be lifted, and they were… definitely makes you feel better but not sure if I would come back…

Elle is great. Very professional, I highly recommend her! I’ve had a colonic before, this was the best experience. She is so informative, my GI recommended me getting this done before my colonoscopy and I’m glad I did. The Wednesday special makes it super affordable. I feel so much better! I will certainly be sending everyone I know here.

Elle has gone out of her way for a few years now to work with me on several medical modalities to help me regain my health. The colonics were professional as well as educational, and has started me on the road to wellness. Elle is also very educated on nutritional supplements and very well versed on breakthrough medical discoveries in alternative medicine. This establishment has not only helped me, but I have learned so much from Elle in the process. She has always been so professional with me, no matter what modality of help I have chosen from this establishment. I would recommend Claremont Colonic to anyone who wants to explore alternative methods of regaining their health as well as hydrotherapy colonics.

I was very impressed by the professionalism I experienced here. Let’s face it… it’s an uncomfortable predicament one finds oneself in, to be at a colonic center, BUT the experience was so much easier than I thought. I was made to feel very comfortable and I would recommend it!
My body was very happy. Elle walked me thorough every step and explained what I might feel afterwards as well. If you are considering a visit. Do it!
Life can get a little messy and taking care of myself is something I am trying to make a priority. I will be back.

I wouldnt give this crap hole any stars. But had to to write a review. The owner is shady and cant even treat her workers with respect and pay them on time. I only came here cause a friend worked here and brought me in. Now shes gone, and the owner cant stop bad mouthing my friend and her business. Do not support fake people. Dont come here. Not worth your time!!!

Elle was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. The service more than exceeded my expectations.

Very disappointing! My friend and I decided to get an ear candling done on a Saturday. When I showed up for my 11:00 appointment about 15 minutes early, Elle told me that she was doing a colonic and she should be done by 11:15. My friend showed up and I told her what was discussed. We waited until 11:25 when we decided to leave. Elle never came out to discuss the delay. It was extremely unprofessional on her part. You cannot expect to run a successful business and be almost 30 minutes late. We decided to go to lunch, and my friend received a phone call from Elle. Elle lied and told my friend that she had her down for 12:00 instead of 11, when my friend had received both text messages and emails stating the appointment was at 11. Apparently Elle was not happy with her because when my friend made another appointment with a different technician, the technician told my friend that Elle said that my friend cancelled the appointment which was not true.
This business has good reviews, and I’m sure it’s not because of Elle. This place is run extremely unprofessionally and without concern or care for the clients that make appointments that expect to be seen on time. My time is very valuable, and for a business to treat me differently is just not right. I live 45 miles from Claremont Colonic, so I had already invested a significant amount of time getting to my appointment.
I cannot recommend this clinic.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this establishment. Appointments are made and not kept by the owner Elle. This happened twice to me despite having a text and email confirmation regarding the appointment day and time. I am astounded at the lack of professionalism especially in an industry and service that I personally believe to be beneficial for so many.
I am the kind of person who gives people the benefit of doubt the first time, the second time it happens, there is a clear message that something is wrong. My time is just as valuable as the professional. The first time I was delayed by more than 45 minutes, Elle told me that she had my appointment time down for a different time. Why on earth would your establishment send me email and text confirmation? When I later spoke to her about it and kindly told her I was not impressed she expressed an apology. Ok… give it a 2^nd try… I show up and the technician said I had cancelled. Again email and text confirmations were sent to me. I think Elle deliberately did this.
Do your research… there are other reputable places to go where YOU, the client will be appreciated.

Hello, I have recently become a client of Claremont Colonic. The office décor is very chic and beautiful. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I made my first appointment with ease. My boyfriend and I went to check the location out and talk to the staff prior to my making an appointment. Elle was friendly, helpful and full of information about nutrition. I received services for a colonic on 2 different occasions each time Elle was there with me from beginning to end. I had previously had a horrible experience and it was nice to be treated with care and made aware of each step during the entire process. I would definitely recommend Claremont Colonics.

My first even thinking or doing colonic. Alex was very Professional Knowledgeable and very nice and understanding. It is clean small place no smells felt very secure safe cozy. Alex makes you very comfortable tells you everything going on lets you ask questions I love it i will be back I felt so good afterwards cant even put it into words how refreshed right after i went to 24 fitness for 2 hours and did another 4 hours at Combined Martial Science They are absolutely the best I am glad i found them

This place is awesome… went in to try it out expecting to do this colonic thing once and only once and I ended up signing up for 3 more visits. Alex is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable. I’ve already told several people about this place. I highly recommend it! I’ve actually even lost about 6 lbs without dieting. I went in basically to clean out my system so I could start a green smoothie regimen and work on getting healthy from the inside out. This is a good way to start! Definitely going back.

I absolutely love this place! Elle and Alex are incredible people and really know what they are talking about. They really make you feel at home. I feel so much healthier since I started coming here, and the nutritional products are wonderful. I look forward to trying all the services they offer to attain a full sense of health and well-​being. I’d recommend this place to everyone I know.

Very cute little place. Very clean. Owner is very health knowledgeable. The Sauna broke down while I was there, but the owner noted in the computer that I was owed another session. The only negative experience was the ear conning. I had already watched enough YouTube experiments to know that the «so called» ear wax that is left in the cone does NOT come out of your ear, and is actually the wax from the candle. But, I still thought I’d check it out just for fun. Well, the WAX started draining from the cone into my right ear and to this day my ear stinks of the wax & smoke and I can’t get the candle wax out. I asked the owner if that was really ear wax or candle wax when she cut the cones open afterwards & she said ear wax. Well, it’s proven that it is NOT ear wax, so that was disappointing that she wasn’t aware of this. But all in all, if you’re going for the colonic or nutritional education, it’s a great place.

I very much enjoyed my «day at the spa» at the Claremont Colonic and Nutrient Resourse Clinic. I had never recieved a colonic before, so being somewhat nervous Elle and Alex were very comforting and reassuring during the whole process. I definetly left feeling much cleaner and healthier. Ive even lost 5 lbs in the last week since my colonic!!! I left with some new outlook on nutrition. They sent me home with seasame oil, for oil pulling, which detoxes the blood and also whey protein powder and greens for making a healthy shake, which Ive been doing first thing each morning. Starting my day this way has helped with better eating habits throughout my day.
Also while at the clinic I recieved ear candeling (which I cant believe how dirty my ears were), an ionic foot bath (which detoxes the bodies organs), and an evs treatment (which is a process of using your energy to help with your thinking process). I left with my whole body being recharged!!!
In between treatments, I was able to walk the town of Claremont, which has lots of resturants and shops. It was really a great «day at the spa» and I will definetly be visiting the clinic again!!!

There is not one person who would not benefit from coming to the Claremont Colonic Center. The staff is extremely professional and help make, what can be an awkward situation, very comfortable. Unlike most colonic centers, this establishment goes the extra mile to take the stress out of the experience, you are completely clothed during the procedure (you are given disposable shorts instead of an open-​backed medical gown) and are not exposed in any way. I cannot stress how wonderful you feel after having a session, physically you feel light and full of energy and you have mentally clarity that puts you in the best mood. It’s comparable to the scene from the movie, «The Sound of Music,» where Julie Andrews is twirling around on the mountain top singing about how the hills are alive with the sound of music, except I can’t guarantee you’ll hear music ;) I don’t think people realize how toxic our bodies are from the food we eat and the chemicals we take in on a daily basis. I encourage anyone who reads this to give it a chance and do something good for yourself, and with the generous ½ off on Wednesdays you can’t go wrong.
